Dr Dija Khanal is a compassionate Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working in Venus Hospital. She possesses 4 years of experience in her current field. Dr. Khanal began her profession in the medical field by attaining an MBBS degree back in 2016 from the Manipal College of Medical Sciences, which is situated in Pokhara. Later on, she earned her MD/MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2024 from Chitwan Medical College and Teaching Hospital, located in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

She has served as a Gynecologist and obstetrician at Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, Kathmandu and Chitwan Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Bharatpur, Chitwan. Before this, Dr Khanal worked as a Medical Officer at Kantipur Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Subidhanagar, Kathmandu. During her work at various hospitals, she has performed both regular and irregular deliveries, supervised residents, obstetric and gynaecological surgeries, and managed emergency and critical care patients.She is actively involved in performing Obstetric Procedures such as caesarean Section, manual Removal of Placenta, and Episiotomy, Management of Ectopic pregnancy and MTP and many more. Moreover, she is well-experienced in performing gynaecological procedures such as dilatation and curettage, hysterectomy, myomectomy, colposcopy and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures and many more. 

Dr Khanal has worked with the National Health Action Force Nepal in the Maternal and Child Care Wing and with the Rotaract Club of Manipal as a Health Service Director. At the same time, she demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and community service.
