How to Avail Your Insurance Benefits at Venus Hospital

To make your admission or consultation process smooth, please follow these simple steps when visiting our hospital:

1. Visit the Insurance Desk:

Before registering at the general counter, head directly to our dedicated Insurance & SSF/EPF Information Desk located in the main lobby.

2. Present Required Identification:

Provide your digital or physical SSF Card / Identity Number or your EPF Identity Card, along with a valid government issued photo ID (Citizenship or License).

3. Consultation & Treatment Approval:

Our medical team will evaluate your condition. For planned surgeries or admissions, our insurance desk will check your remaining credit balance and coordinate authorization with the respective fund.

4. Smooth Discharge & Billing:

Upon discharge, your bill will be processed according to your scheme’s coverage layout. You will only be responsible for paying non-covered items or your specific co-payment share.

  • Check Eligibility: Ensure your monthly contributions to SSF or EPF are up-to-date to avoid claim rejections.
